Make sure you are getting enough good quality sleep. Identify factors in your routine that might be interfering with a restful night’s sleep such as nicotine, caffeine, alcohol stress, sleeping environment and shift-work. Excessive snoring could be a sign of sleep apnea, where breathing during sleep is compromised.
